Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:
- Verified technical failures originating from Tevana Learn’s platform (not including the student’s device or internet issues).
- Billing errors, duplicate charges, or payment processing mistakes.

- Refund requests must be sent to connect@tevanalearn.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable payment provider guidelines.
- Additional documentation or screenshots may be requested to support the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
Non-Refundable Situations
To maintain fairness and the integrity of our classes, the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Sessions already attended or accessed (live classes, recordings, or digital learning materials).
- Change of mind, personal reasons, or non-usage of the purchased plan.
- Student-side technical problems including internet outages, device malfunctions, or local disruptions.
- Partial use of monthly or weekly plans — unused sessions cannot be refunded or carried forward.
- Transfers: Class credits, plans, subscriptions, or accounts cannot be transferred to another student.
Technical Issue Definition
A "technical issue" refers to a problem caused by Tevana Learn's systems or platforms that prevents class delivery. Issues arising from the user's device, internet, audio/video setup, or environment do not qualify for refunds.
Digital Goods Compliance
As Tevana Learn provides digital educational services, refunds follow global digital goods policies, including those applicable under PayPal and international e-commerce standards.
1.6 Class Policies
- Attendance & Lateness: Arriving more than 1/3 into the class may be marked as late.
- Absences without prior notice may be treated as attended and not eligible for make-up.
1.7 Holiday Policy
At Tevana learn, we serve a global community of learners and educators. To maintain consistency and clarity across time zones and countries, we follow a standardized holiday calendar. Students can review the official holiday list by clicking the link provided at enrollment.
- Classes falling on these holidays will be rescheduled or replaced with a make-up session, as per course terms.
- While we recognize that students come from diverse cultural and national backgrounds, we are unable to accommodate all country-specific holidays.
- If a student anticipates absence due to a national holiday, we encourage early notification. Depending on the plan chosen, alternate options (such as recordings or make-up opportunities) may be made available.
1.8 Make-Up Classes:
We want every student to get the most out of their learning journey with Tevana learn. Our make-up class guidelines are designed to balance flexibility with the smooth running of our schedules:
- Make-ups are subject to teacher availability and ideally scheduled within the same month.
- Emergency Make-Ups: If a genuine emergency occurs and is reasonably justified, Tevana learn will arrange a make-up class at a time chosen by us.
- Limits: Emergency make-ups are limited to two (2) per month.
All requests must be sent to help.tevanalearn@gmail.com for tracking.
- Internet or Technical Issues: If issues arise from the student’s side and last beyond 10 minutes, the session may be considered used. If issues are from the teacher’s side, the session will be rescheduled.
